XxRcHeRdXx's NEW Jean Grey Mental and Energy Build
Here it is Jean fan boys and gals! The time has come for our favorite member of the X-men to have her time to shine. As we all know, Jean has had some major changes to her kit in the past week and I've taken this opportunity to help guide the Jean community to being able to gear their Jeans for endgame content. As of now you can find my builds on the marvelheroes.info website. Once her powers, mechanics, and damage tuning has been finalized I will be sure to update this guide with proper rotations, pictures, videos and alternate gear choices, but for now I will simply link the .info builds and do a quick run through for all 3 of jeans main spirit spenders in each form until her kit has been finalized. The best part of these builds is that they truly allow us to multi spec since all we swap is a medallion, legendary, your 3 build specific uniques and do a quick change to your omegas. Now we can really get two characters in one, both with competitive DPS.
PHOENIX BUILD

Phoenix's Dark Phoenix bonus to powers is currently bugged. None of the powers individual bonuses are being granted. Once this is fixed I will update dummy times.

MENTAL BUILD

Jean in mental form is finally a power house (at least compared to where she once was). She's is putting out top tier DPS and a load of fun to play. She is currently sitting at a time of around 4 minutes and 30 seconds which is way better than her previous time which was in the 9-10 minute region. Her survivability is amazing and I had no problem hitting 90 stacks on sentinels before I finally had to cry uncle.

OVERALL
Jean is quickly moving her way up in the ranks of Marvel Heroes. Not only does she have amazing DPS, but we can now really get a feel for what an Omega level mutant/Cosmic entity are capable of. Have fun and go check out my builds on marvelheroes.info.

I was thinking, since we've been in this community for a while. all beloved jean grey fans, maybe it's time to tell about us something? Well my name is Brian, obviously xD i am 20 years and i live in Belgium but i am from Poland. I've been an Jean fan since i was 4 years old. i always loved red heads in cartoons etc. Sam from totally spies for example. Claire Redfield from RESIDENT EVIL, here is my number 1 Jean. the first time i saw her in action i was like wow. but the true reason i fell in love with her is X-MEN Evolution cartoon, there she kicked Language!, especially fighting against mystique!

Disclaimer: This isn't an official poll, but since there was a poll for Emma's next costume I thought we could run our own little poll here and send the results after a month or two to Ryolnir and TheDink to perhaps persuade them on what the next costume after New-Xmen should be.

Quick Note on Enchanced costumes: I know many have Madelyne, Nate or even Rachel as ideas for Enchanced, but this poll will only be for Jean-only costumes as they have already mentioned they have plans for Madelyne etc. So they might/might not be costumes and I'd like to keep the poll as clear as possible in regards to Jean. And every time a possible character is mentioned as Enhanced thread gets derailed as to why/why not, so please keep those to the Official Costume Feedback thread as Gaz actually has to hire Voice Actors for those!
Quick Note on Licensed costumes: Sadly Gaz doesn't have access to the X-men movie costumes, so try to avoid posting those as I won't count them due to this reason. This is mainly so that your vote doesn't ~go to waste~. I know some people want the Phoenix Five costume, even though it's not official you may post it as I haven't heard anything against it.

I'd really like this costume to be semi enchanced, and to have a unique effect while on Phoenix. Basically her skin turns fire red like in the comics.
2.- Phoenix Original Green (80s):
If Spider-man got an updated classic costume as an alternate, I don't see why Jean couldn't. This is different enough, and as mentioned, the original Phoenix costume. Would be a great opportunity for the model to be reworked with the new technology.

How many of us ARE Jean personality-wise?
According to an info graph on the web that a forum member shared over 1 year ago, Jean Grey's Myers-Briggs Personality Type is the INFJ. The site https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test mentions this personality type to be the rarest in the world, which makes sense when the heroes represented by this info graph as being INFJ-types are very 1-in-a-million type of heroes. Having taken the test four times in the past on different sites, I receiving results as INFJ (2/4 times), INFP (1/4), and inconclusive mix between INFJ and INFP (1/4), I consider myself an INFJ-type.
After seeing the chart again, I wanted to poll the Jean community to ask how many of us actually are in this personality type alongside our esteemed Phoenix-clad heroine.
Please remember that a hero's personality can vary based on authors (e.g. Grant Morrison's take on Jean dagger eyes towards Morrison) so remember that even though you might not be in this personality type, in the end, it's not something to take serious and other heroes are fun, too.

has jean been turned...weak?
hi you all,
I was watching some old videos of the game with the first jean and i noticed that she had 4-5 more powers than now... so why did they remove them?
i read somewhere that she was too strong, but come on, do we really want to have jean with the same power of the black widow? she is an omega mutant she should do much more than what she does now! :(
and about neural panic, why does it have a long cooldown?? i remeber both scarlett and emma having it without cooldown, what do they have against my jean?
it's the last power of the tree, it was suppose to be the strongest instead it look useless to me

Fan-Made X-Men audio story
Hi. So as the title states, I came upon a YouTube who made his own adaption other X-Men. The voice actress for Jean in my opinion is really good. Granted, it isn't a straight adaption from canon, but it is really good nonetheless. Imagining yourself in Jean's shoes was wonderful and I could feel every emotion the actress provides. I figured I would share as a good change of pace, something fun and Jean related. It is the fourth episode of his fan-made series. There are about two seasons of these stories. He has yet to make a third season, but in his second season, he adapted an audio drama of the Phoenix Saga. I really hope you enjoy it, it may not be perfect, but I lobe it. If you have seen, then feat, I hope you liked it and I am taking you back. If you have not I highly recommend it, his YouTube name is Karl Dutton. And you for reading and here is the audio drama I so highly praised.

Hey folks,
We're starting a fresh round of hero feedback for all heroes today so that we have the most up-to-date information about what you think of your favorite heroes as we move forward this year.
If you have time, we'd like to hear your thoughts on the following questions:
What are your favorite powers or design aspects of Jean Grey? What are your least favorite? Is there a particular power that you enjoy using more than any others, or is there a unique playstyle element to Jean Grey that makes you enjoy them more than other heroes? Are there any powers that you simply don't like or never use, and if so, why?
Do you have any suggestions that you think would make Jean Grey even more fun to play? The more specific you can be, the better! This can be anything from a change to an existing power, a completely new power or gameplay mechanic, or even cosmetic changes that you just think would look cool!
How do you currently spend your power points overall on Jean Grey? Please be as specific as possible here; is there a particular build you prefer to use over the other options? Feel free to post a screenshot of your favorite power tree setup!
Are there any bugs that apply specifically to Jean Grey that you'd like to report? If there is a specific power, resource mechanic or hero-specific Unique that you have noticed not working as expected for Jean Grey, please let us know here.

Mind Crush occasional miss-fire?
Sometimes when using Mind Crush closely after Kinetic Wave (or any other power, I guess?) Mind Crush will visually fire but not deal damage or go on cool down. Continuing to use it will result in it doing the same thing and it looks like it isn't fixed until I move to another position.
@Ryolnir @Asros @MichaelMayhem any idea if this is a bug?
